Cazorin INC provides commercial and institutional building construction services, including commercial renovations, tenant improvements, interior buildouts, facility upgrades, project coordination, materials procurement, vendor coordination, subcontractor coordination, site preparation support, repair coordination, construction documentation, and project closeout support.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, property access, approval decisions, timeline requirements, site conditions, service instructions, necessary permissions, and any documents required for project completion.
- Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, or payments may affect project timelines and deliverables.
Scope of Work
Each project is based on an approved estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, service description, or project scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, updated timelines, or written approval.
Payments
Payments may be required before work begins, at milestones, or upon completion depending on the project arrangement. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by Cazorin INC.

- No construction materials, equipment rentals, permit-related costs, vendor fees, subcontractor costs, travel costs, printing, or project-specific expenses have been incurred.
Non-Refundable Services and Costs
Completed services, work already performed, consultation time already used, project planning already completed, materials already purchased or specially ordered, equipment rentals arranged, vendor or subcontractor costs, permit-related expenses, travel, custom documents, and jobsite readiness work are generally non-refundable.
